This policy applies to the Android app Alkitab Indonesia (dev.withlinda.alkitab).

Alkitab Indonesia is an offline Bible reading app with optional in-app web access for devotion pages (alkitab.mobi) and optional Bible catalog/version downloads.
2. Data We Process
The app processes the following data on your device:
- Bookmarks you create.
- Last reading position.
- App preferences (for example selected Bible version and text size).
- Downloaded Bible version files and cached catalog payloads.
This data is stored locally in app-private storage.
3. Data We Collect and Share
- We do not require account sign-in.
- We do not collect personal information for analytics.
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not share user personal data with third parties for advertising.
4. Network Usage
The app uses network access only for:
- Loading devotion pages from
https://alkitab.mobi/renungan/...in an in-app WebView. - Optional remote Bible catalog and version downloads when configured.
When viewing third-party web pages, those websites may process data under their own privacy policies.
5. Permissions
The app declares:
android.permission.INTERNETandroid.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
These permissions support online devotion page access and optional remote content downloads.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Local app data remains on your device until you remove it in app (if supported) or uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app removes app-private local storage.
7. Children
The app does not include behavior intended to collect personal information from children.
8. Security
We use Android app-private storage for local app data. No method of storage or transmission is guaranteed to be 100 percent secure.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material updates will be reflected by changing the “Last updated” date.
